New Clients

Please bring any paperwork you may have with you and complete our new client form prior to your first visit. Medical files, vaccination records, or anything you think might be important should be shared on your first visit, if possible.

Your pet will be given a thorough physical examination and, depending on your pet’s age and medical condition, we may also recommend blood work to be done. At your visit, you will have as much time as you need to ask any questions you may have about your pet and about us!
